Jarod R. Kirby

Mr. Jarod R. Kirby, entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 5, 2026.  Funeral Services  will be 11:00 am, Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Johnston Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1691 Barber Mill Road, Clayton, NC 27520. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Clayton, NC.  A public viewing will be Friday, February 13, 2026 from 1:00- 5:00pm at Hood Funeral Home in the Walter and Cora Hood Memorial Chapel.

Jarod is preceded in death by his mother, Becki D, Kirby. Left to cherish his memories is his Father: Rudolph Kirby (Laura), Cary, NC; Daughters: Aniya Kirby,  Los Angeles, CA and Joy Kirby, Fayetteville, NC, Sons: Jamir Kirby, Judah Kirby, Jonah Kirby and Jeremiah Kirby, all of Fayetteville, NC; siblings Morgan D. Kirby, Houston, TX; Christopher J. Kirby (Kamisha D. ), Matthews, NC and Terrell L. Kirby, Clayton, NC; aunts and uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.
