Balloon Release in Loving Memory of Paula D. Rowland

The family will be releasing balloons on Friday, September 12th at 5 PM at Smith Collins Park in Smithfield in honor of Paula.

The family has requested that all bring red and white balloons (or any balloons you can find) to help send love to her.
